Welcome to FloorFlow. These terms of use ("terms") apply to your use of our website and of the Warehouse Scan. By using the website or completing the Warehouse Scan, you agree to these terms, so please read them.

The Warehouse Scan is a free, automated tool. You answer a number of questions about your warehouse and, based on your answers, receive an indicative optimization score and a result (by email and/or on screen). The outcome is meant as a first impression and a starting point for a conversation. Paid FloorFlow services (such as advice, audits or training) are not covered by these terms; we agree those with you separately in a quote or agreement.
The Slotting Visualizer is an interactive demonstration only. It runs on fictional sample data and a made-up warehouse scenario, created purely to illustrate how slotting optimization can shorten picking routes. The items, demand figures, orders, distances, scores and results it shows are invented and do not reflect any real warehouse, real performance, or any result you will achieve. Like the rest of the website, the Slotting Visualizer is provided "as is", is not professional advice, and is not a promise or guarantee of any outcome or savings.
The score and result are informational and based on the answers you provide yourself. They do not constitute an audit, nor professional, legal, financial or operational advice, and are no guarantee of specific results or savings. Decisions you make based on the scan are your own responsibility. For tailored advice, please contact us.
When using the website and the Warehouse Scan, you:
You are responsible for the data you submit.
The website, the Warehouse Scan, the texts, the design and the FloorFlow brand belong to FloorFlow (or our licensors). You may use the website and the scan for their intended purpose, but you may not copy, distribute or commercially reuse the content without our permission.
Our website and the Warehouse Scan may link to or make use of third-party websites and services (for example external scripts or information sources). We have no control over those websites and services and are not responsible for their content, offerings or privacy practices. Using them is at your own risk.
We do our best to keep the website and the Warehouse Scan available and up to date, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, temporarily suspend or discontinue the website and the scan at any time. We may also amend these terms; the most current version is always on this page.
The website, the Warehouse Scan and the Slotting Visualizer are provided "as is", without any warranty. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of — or inability to use — the website or the Warehouse Scan, or from decisions you make based on the outcome. We are in no event liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profits or missed savings. These limitations do not apply in the event of intent or deliberate recklessness on our part and do not affect your mandatory (consumer) rights.
You indemnify FloorFlow against third-party claims arising from your use of the website or the Warehouse Scan in breach of these terms or the law, or from data you have submitted unlawfully or without the necessary consent.
How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. We handle the Warehouse Scan and any marketing emails ourselves, on our own systems. You only receive marketing emails if you have given separate consent for them; you can opt in or opt out at any time by emailing info@floorflow.nl.
These terms and any use of the website and the Warehouse Scan are governed exclusively by Dutch law. We submit disputes to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless a mandatory provision (for example for consumers) designates a different competent court.
If any provision of these terms is or becomes void, voidable or unenforceable (in whole or in part), or is set aside by a court, that provision will apply to the maximum extent permitted by law; only the part that exceeds what is legally permitted will not apply. The remaining provisions remain fully in force. Where necessary, we will replace the relevant provision with a valid one that approximates its original purpose as closely as the law allows. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding the use of the website and the Warehouse Scan.
